International Investor Competition, Frankfurt, Germany, 2000-2001

The investor HIRS asked for research on the latest high-rise construction knowledge, including studies on 16 specific skyscrapers out of the tallest 25 worldwide, which are built in the last ten years and have an average height of at least 305 meters and up. The older Sears Tower in Chicago is still included, as its title of tallest building in the world is in open competition with the Petronas Towers in Malaysia. With this research portfolio, the investor won the competition’s first prize.
